Orders are not reserved or packed until payment is complete.

If your order is packed during a TikTok Live or recorded video, all items shown are considered final once the scoop has been completed.
Because of the mystery nature of our products, we cannot remake or swap completed scoops.

You're always welcome to leave notes with your order!
We love hearing what you're hoping for.
We'll absolutely try our best when inventory allows.
However, requests are not guaranteed, and your scoop may include different items than requested.
