🍼 Mystery Scoop Disclaimer

All scoops and boxes are curated mystery products. Items will vary by order and may include different themes, colors, brands, and styles. While we do our best to provide a balanced and high-quality selection, exact items cannot be guaranteed.

🎁 Packaging Disclosure

To maintain competitive pricing and minimize shipping costs, items included in our mystery scoops and boxes may be removed from their original bulk packaging and thoughtfully repacked. While exterior packaging may vary, all products are guaranteed to be brand new and unused.

💖 Product Variations

Our products may contain a mix of boutique, trending, and trusted baby items. Some items may differ slightly from photos shown in advertisements, TikTok LIVE sales, or social media posts.

📦 Shipping & Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays and holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Baby Scoop Bar is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🚚 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once packages are shipped and tracking is provided, The Baby Scoop Bar is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages caused during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of mystery scoop products and baby items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

🎀 Product Safety

Adult supervision is recommended for all baby products and accessories. Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to manufacturer recommendations.

💳 Payments

Orders must be paid in full before products are prepared or shipped. Unpaid invoices or claims may be canceled at our discretion.
